I have both Frame Maker & Mathtype installed on my PC. How do I get the Mathtype icons to appear on the Framemaker toolbar so that I only have to click within framemaker to activate it? When I installed the Mathtype, the icons appeared on the Microsoft toolbar automatically. e.c.
