Ahh, it wasn't clear to me that this was just the screen display of
the the same colour in two different applications that was different.

Do you have colour management in Photoshop implemented? Was there a
specific profile attached to the graphic in Photoshop? FM is
blissfully unaware of such nuances and won't do anything to match
colours against an established norm, while Photoshop bends over
backwards to do this.
