This is most likely due to an imported graphic. As you import each
(vector based) graphic file into FM, FM adds the colour definitions to
it's internal colour table. You could have one graphic where black is
defined as 0,0,0,100 CMYK, while in another graphic it is defined as
100,100,100,100 CMYK. FM simply notices this and warns you of a
potential problem.

A quick fix, but not necessarily permanent, is to open all files in
your book and then import the colour from one file into the rest of
the files of the book. Then print your book before saving and closing.
Note: if your graphics are imported by reference, then everytime you
open and close the file, FM will update the colour definitions based
upon the colours in the imported graphics, so the problem may keep
coming back until you find and fix the offending graphics file.
