Kate, FWIW, there are all sorts of formats available when you do Save As. Just sometimes, when an image is complex (i.e. has many layers) you need to "flatten" the image (or merge layers) before the different format options become available (as most formats do NOT support the level of complexity that Photoshop's PSD format can). To get the best quality graphic in FM from Visio, you have to do a bit of a two-step. From Visio print to the Distiller printer and create a PDF. Then use Acrobat to crop the Visio graphic as desired and export as an EPS from Acrobat. Import this EPS by reference into FM. Regarding the TIF, what format is the graphic in? FM doesn't support the LAB colour model for import.
