Using Framemaker 6, I have a book that contains chapters in which the pages are numbered like this: <$chapnum>\+<$curpagenum> Yet, when I generate the TOC and Index for my book, the page numbers are displayed only with the page number, not the chapter number. What can I do to get the chapter numbers to display?
