Single and Double Sided Documents Printing Problem

FM 6.0 I've created a manual with both single and doublesided pages. Each single side page uses the right masterpage. Each double sided page uses the rightside masterpage for the front and for the back the left side master page. When I print the whole document it is printed on both sides throughout the document. How can I get the printer to print right only and then right left when needed.
