I am a Marketing Analyst working for a Large Cruise Lines. Every month we get thousands of queries asking us for brochures. The costs associated with postage is bleeding us white. I am lookin for an effective solution which helps get our borchures uploaded on our website and the user should be able to do the following: 

- Download these files and print them in color or B&W. - Have more dynamic options for the site to be interactive. 

We also should be able to do the following: 

- Upload new materials frequently - Add data driven content 

I am not a techie and will appreciate any advise/suggestions from users to see which products would suit our need.
