The semantics of this option are a bit misleading. FM prints all
colours as Black when this is selected.

You can temporarily re-define the spot colours (just the colour, not
the name of the spot colour) to be black using the View > Color >
Definitions... option. Just remember to first save one file to use as
a template to allow you to easily restore the original values (by
importing the colours from it).
