Arnis,

I have tried them both ways: dynamically scaling to fit and picking a resolution that fits them in my 6.75 x whatever frame. I had to mark the printed output to be able to tell them apart.

Sean,

They look fine printed from framemaker, fuzzy and blurred when printed from pdf. I have looked at the worst one (coming in the mail if I can decipher what came through as your email) at high magnification and what I see is the basic lines and text with a gray outline superimposed - a little above and a little to the right.

FWIW, I also converted that same gif to png with Photo Shop 6.2, and it looks about the same in the pdf.

Also, text done in FrameMaker on these pages is fine, but text inside a screen capture is fuzzy like the rest of the capture.
