I have now managed to print to file using one of my "real" printer drivers. But this printer driver does not allow me to select a custom page size. The page size is 120mm by 120mm (CD insert size). The printer drivers that allow me to select a page size won't let me print to file (Acrobat Distiller and Linotronic 300). They won't let me print to file, even with a standard page size such as A4!
