I currently purchased FrameScript to pull data from a Database (assume a good DSN connection), but I'm getting an error and I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what I'm doing wrong.

New EDB DataSource('Chicago_Law') NewVar(testDb); Run testDb.Open; New EQuery EDB(testDb) Select ('Select * From PageAlpha') NewVar(testQry); Run testDb.Close;

(the first two lines are actually on the same line, as is 4 and 5) This is just test code see if I can open and close the data source without incident. However, I'm getting the following error message:

"Invalid Parm(('Select * From PageAlpha')) on command (Select) At Line 3 in ScriptWindow"

And please, I already know that there are other tools for pulling in data ('Miramo','Unimerge', etc). I'd like to only consider them as a last resort.

Thanks for your time. RLO
