Hi, I just tried the test again, and this time the links worked. The first test was conducted at home, where I only have Acrobat 4; the second test was at work, where I have Acrobat 5. So, maybe the Acrobat version is an issue? To save the Frame 6 file to PDF at home, I saved it to a PS file, then distilled it, supposedly through the Acrobat 4 version's distiller, right? At work, where I have Acrobat 5, the PDF is being created through the Distiller version that came with Acrobat 5, if I understand distilling from PS to PDF correctly.

What version of Acrobat were you running when you performed the test?

Thanks for your help -- and renewed hope!
