I don't really care about multiple undo, because I don't use it a lot in applications that do have it, but I'm amused by your increasingly strident posts against its use, Sean. Multiple undo is helpful in page layout design situations (which is not much of an issue in FM I agree) and in writing (which is an issue in FM). For those who edit their text in FM, multiple undo can be very helpful. (And editing is not a case of "mindlessly moving bits of text all over your document".) And how about a different spin on your scenario - use tag A, change formatting to B, then to C. Don't like it, press undo twice to get back to original formatting. Simple, quick. Less of a hassle than creating three tags, applying them, discarding them, then having to delete them afterwards. And, honestly, do you really regard the logical stepping back of one's operations one step at a time in multiple undo as "chaotic"? Cheers, Dominic
