I'm with Dominic with this one. When I have to use MS Word I find I am using multiple undo simply as a convenient timesaver, e.g. I am typing full tilt with words flowing from my brain unchecked <g> and at that point where the intelligent part of my brain catches up <vbg> and realises that what I had just typed was complete rubbish, I can stop and hit undo a couple of time to return to a point where I wasn't so enthusiastic with the words. Obviously I can accomplish the same thing by simply selecting the text I have just written and clicking delete, but it is just a question of convenience. I wouldn't say that multiple undo is an important feature per se, but in the above scenario the convenience of multiple undo over selecting text and hitting delete just gives it the edge. Of course I could learn to be less enthusiastic with my typing in the first place <vbg> Steve
