Depending on what has to be done, I use one of three printers: two b/w physical printers and Distiller. Every now and then, though not often enough for me to have worked out any logic behind it, I change from physical printer to Distiller and find the Distiller settings have changed to b/w. I have not seen the settings from a physical printer override the settings in Distiller, that's a new one for me ;?). Are you using three different PS printers to create PDFs, and why? Cheers, Sean
