Hi. I'm running Frame 6 on Windows NT4, and I am working with templates and files that were created by another company. The main font that they use is Helvetica Neue 3. I obtained this font and loaded it into the fonts folder, but there seems to be a discrepancy. In the font folder, the font names have a space in them (HelveticaNeue HeavyItalic) but when I check the error messages in Frame, they use a hyphen instead of a space when referring to the fonts (HelveticaNeue-HeavyItalic). Is this why the fonts aren't being found by Frame? I have tried to change the font names in my fonts folder to match the names that Frame is looking for, but NT doesn't let you change font names. I am reluctant to change the templates and files, as they need to be traded back and forth with the company that created them, and if I change them to match my font names, they won't work at their end. Can anyone help me with this? I am on a very tight deadline and I can't seem to get this to work. Thanks in advance for any advice or help anyone might have for me!
