Martin,

You should start a new topic or look for similar topics to jump in on.
Your problems are in no way related to cross-reference hyperlinks.

Anyway, DON'T use PDFwriter. You must use Distiller to get things to
work properly. See the FAQ section of this Forum for tips on creating
PDFs. Try the suggestions and then get back to us if you still have a
problem.
