Hi!
I found this description in the help-section:
Click in a page you want to delete and choose Special > Delete Pages.
Specify the first and last disconnected pages you want to delete and click Delete. If you want to delete only one page, enter its page number in both text boxes.

I,ve tried it several times but the ugly pahe is still there, please help me this product is not working properly.

Are you trying to delete disconnected pages, or normal pages?

The product is working in the way it's designed to work.
It sounds like you're used to page-oriented layout programs
like PageMaker. FrameMaker doesn't work like that.

Pages in a FM document is normally added automatically
as content is created, and the pages are "connected".
The "Delete page" command is for deleting "disconnected"
pages that are not part of the normal "flow" of pages.

So, if you're trying to remove the *contents* of a page
as opposed to the page itself, then simply select the
contents you wish to remove and delete it. The
remaining contents then moves to occupy the space
previously held by the removed content.

Several reasons might cause the problem.

1.	The page you wanted to delete use the Left or Right master page. If that's the case, try to use a custom master page.

2.	The Pagination settings bothered. If you applied a Double Sided pagination, you could not delete a page if it was an even page. Or if you didn't make the settings (Before Saving & Printing) to Delete Empty Pages, it might cause the problem.
