I created rollover effects in IR.  Modified the file again in PS, then
tried to add new rollovers but the old ones are still there.

More Info:
I have seen this question posted before but have found no answer as of
yet.
I have deleted all slices and rollovers from the web content pallet.  I
have then created new slices.  Once I choose to create  a new rollover
effect the old effect comes back changing 90% of the image to the old
rollover.  Most of the old effects are even deleted!  Where is all of
this stored?  Why can I not simply create new rollovers?  Any
assistance would be super duper.
