Greetings!

I am new to Image-ready and have two quick questions:

1)  What is the most efficient way to take a four/multicolored image
and bring it down to two-color for printing...  The two colors being
Black & Blue

2)  The photo is a higher quality JPEG... What is the best quality it
should be saved to for professional printing?
