Hi everyone, I am using Imageready CS2. I have this problem in Imageready 9 ME, too. When I start working by ImageReady, I have not any problem. but after some minutes suddenly the mouse doesn't work at image windows at all. The menu and panels works fine, but ImageReady doesn't respond to any click at image window. The tabs (Original, Optimized, 2-Up and 4-Up) at top of image window become gray and don't work, too. Thanks for your help.

turn off any mouse drivers you're using (microsoft? logitech?) and try running with just base operating system drivers. does that help?

I tested it by three mouse. Genius USB, MEC PS2 and a old IBM connects to COM port. All have this problem. However, I found a strange solution. When the mouse hangs on the program, I go to menu and select "About Imageready" in Help menu. then I click at about dialog. The problem solves immediately. I don't know how it works but I am happy I have not to exit from program, start it and open files again.
