InCopy Links Break

After exporting my InDesign doc to InCopy, I placed all the loose InCopy files in a single sub-folder, in the same location. In moving them, it was clear I'd have to relink them. However, I shouldn't have to do it every time I open the file--they are simply not staying linked (by the by, my art links are not behaving this way).

What am I overlooking?

thanks,

Kim
