When I get back files from translators, who have worked in incopy, lots of the incopy files are marked with a barred crayon, that mentions (I translate from the dutch, as my incopy version is in dutch) "used by an unknown user in an unknown application from document 'unknown document'". Quite a few unknown factors, eh? I've got no idea what is going wrong, because there are always quite a few incopy files that ARE perfectly accessible. Does anybody have a clue what may be the matter? Am I doing something wrong, is this a bad incopy version, is this a network problem? Anybody had the same issues and was able to solve it? Bram
