The same thing used to happen to me in PM6.5. Here's how I fixed it: in the folder called "...\RSRC\USENGLSH\Plugins\", I deleted the file named "keyline.ini" - the Keyline add-in will create a new .ini file the next time it runs. I still have no idea why the add-in sometimes loses track of the .ini file in the first place, but this always used to fix it.
