we have what may be the same problem, where the system just reboots when we try to convert a pagemaker file to a pdf format using the tool button on the right side of the menu bar. I just installed the 6.5 update under downloads, hopefully that will help. My machine is a Win2000 Professional PC. When the system reboots it truncates files that seem to be templates to PageMaker. We have reinstalled PageMaker a few times. Any ideas?
