The eagle has landed! Yessir, we have sightings of the elusive text and we are in the process of doing the Snoopy dance of joy! Perhaps it was the upgrading to Windows XP that enabled us to see just the tail of the text at the end of the page. Apparently, we're looking at different coordinates. And those trace lines might have done the trick. We'll have to do some further testing, but it does now look like we were merely printing off the page. Thanks for all your excellent advice.
