I think I asked this question a few lifetimes ago, but I'm having trouble digging it up: Question: Is there a way to know/pick-up the number of pages in a .ps file? I'd like to use that to know when I'm hitting the last page so that I can place an inserted-text/OMR-mark. (I can count showpages, but that doesn't tell me which showpage is the last page of the file) Thanks for all the great info, Don Volent
