For what it is worth, problems with Hewlett-Packard's emulation of PostScript not properly implementing the PostScript Language Specification are one of the biggest source of problems for users of Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign in terms of feedback we get from customers here at Adobe. Some of the bugs can be fixed via firmware updates from Hewlett-Packard assuming to are exceptionally persistent with their technical support folks (typically you need to talk with second or third level tech support managers who understand what the problem is and/or are authorized to provide new, updated firmware to you). Users of the Xerox printers with Adobe PostScript just don't have those problems. - Dov
