I am trying to send a PDF file directly to a Postscript level 3 printer (without going through a print driver). I found information that stated that if a printer supports Postscript level 3 it will print a PDF file sent directly to it. To test this I copied a PDF file directly to a Postscript level 3 printer (an IBM InfoPrint 32) using "copy xxx.pdf LPT1 /b" from a DOS prompt, but it doesn't print properly -- a bunch of weird characters print out. Any ideas how I can get this to work? Thanks..............Dennis
