Dick, The lack of XP drivers for a given printer does not concern me as much as its compatibility with PR. I expect that when I make the move to XP (forced, dragged screaming and kicking) I will leave my W2k machine set up as a print server. Whether via a real network or sneaker-net remains to be seen. As for the HP printers, the only one I ever had, an 855, is built like a tank; my wife is still using it. The Epson 3000 is also built to last, although it seems to have certain quirks in the hands of some users (any printing or paper handling irregularities, Harron?). The advantage the 3000's huge ink carts cannot be overlooked if print volume is high. Good luck with your decision making process!
