Ho and Harron,

I'm having SEVERE paper handling problems with my 3000. It almost always sends a sheet through, then gives me an "out of paper" message. Hit the reset button, it sends another sheet through. I have to repeat this six or seven times, and finally the page will print. I must say this is on my 3000 at home, which doesn't get much use anymore. we have 2 3000's here at work that are running almost constantly with very few problems. Also, with the one at home, I can't get the nozzle test to print a full pattern, no matter how many time I clean the print heads. Brand new ink cartridges, but I get a perfect pattern except for the very first segment in the top yellow line. I've got to call Epson about this, but do either of you have any ideas? It seems to me that the 3000 REALLY likes to be used. It gets tempermental if it sits for a length of time.

Thanks,
John

P.S. I should have mentioned that the paper I'm using is Epson Photo Quality Ink Jet.
