Dick, As I mentioned before, my knowedge of networks ends with CBS, ABC, NBC, and the BBC. I hope someone who has actually done this will jump in and save the day. It does sound as if Ian is saying that an XP install of PR is needed in order to output to a networked printer. This would seem to defeat the purpose of leaving a W2k machine intact as a print server, unless you are willing to send the native file to the server first and then launch PR from there. This could be accomplished without a network by saving your files to disk and then opening them up for printing on your PR computer. This process could become tedious if you are printing many files per day. If your volume is low (as is mine) then it could be a workable solution. How badly do you want to contiue using PressReady?
