I have yet to encounter a problem HP printer -- native Adobe or emulated -- that did NOT work better with the AdobePS driver than with HP drivers (and, of couse, with the proper PPD).  In pre-Win2K systems, you're not supposed to use AdobePS with emulated printers, but in Win2K, it's okay.
