Extra pages when printing on network W2000

When I attmept to print over the network to my HP750 using the postscript driver, I get an extra sheet of blank media, about 5 feet in  lenght, and then another extra sheetw printed wiht the error message: 

ERROR: undefined 
OFFENDING COMMAND: 

STACK 

This only happens when printing on thenetwork (not with the paralell cable) or when I use Win 98. 

Adobe, Microsoft, and HP technical support are clueless (it's the other guy's fault). 

Anybody else have this proble or a solution?
