Ok, so Add Printer does work and does install a printer driver; just not the one you want. If it was actually failing it might have tied in with the first error you mentioned. If you can't follow the instructions in that page you posted you could try using a driver like an Apple Color LaserWriter. The Distiller driver is strongly recommended, but the Apple driver might well work. Aandi Inston
