Don't equate PostScript in printers with PostScript fonts. They are
related, but not the same thing.

To print PostScript files you need a PostScript printer, which might
include a PostScript emulator.  

To print TO a PostScript printer you need a PostScript driver, such as
AdobePS, or the Microsoft supplied driver available in Add Printer.

To print PostScript fonts (also known as type 1 fonts) you do not need
any of the above.

In Windows 95/98/Me/NT4, you need ATM (Adobe Type Manager) to display
type 1 fonts on screen, or to print them to any printer.

In Windows 2000/XP, Windows takes care of displaying and printing type
1 fonts to any printer, without needing ATM.
