Q1: Can customers of a printing company use the Adobe Postscript driver for free? and can the printing company put this driver on the website without a problem? or only link?

Q2: I am using a xerox docutech(black&white) 6135 and another color postscript printer. Can my customers better download both drivers or just download the Adobe Postscript driver for color and black-white?

Thanks in advance

ad 1: yes, but ... The license for the Adobe drivers up to and including NT 4 require the use of a target device that has a RIP licensed from Adobe. Starting with w2k and xp, there is a driver jointly developped by Adobe and M$ which has no such restrictions.

ad 2: As the mentioned machine has a RIP licensed from Adobe, everything is ok.

That does not sound a good idea. Just link.

Be sure that if you are giving advice that you are giving correct
advice for the different versions of Windows, which may require
different drivers.

Also, consider why you want them to download a driver at all. For
instance, Windows 2000 and later have a Docutech 6135 driver included
on the CDROM. What is wrong with that one...?
