I installed Acrobat 5.0 on a Windows XP computer, everything worked fine.

When computer was turned on after several days Acobat 5.0 was installed, following issues occurred:

1) Opened a Microsoft Word Document, select Print, choose Acrobat Distiller Printer. Following error occurs "Print Failed".
2) Tried to repeat above step using Microsoft Excel and Power Point files. Same error occurred.

I don't know if this is a printer driver configuration error.

I appreciate some help.
