"Ieexplorer.exe Application Error" & Acrobat Reader

I am not sure if this is an Acrobat Reader problem or an Internet Explorer Problem (or just my problem). After opening and viewing a PDF document link in Internet Explorer, I receive the following (or similar) error when I close the Reader window. Internet Explorer then closes.

"Ieexplore.exe Application Error
The instruction at "0X02b5f5db" referenced memory at "0x0000000". The memory could not be read.

Click OK to Terminate
Click Cancel to debug"

Clicking "Cancel" hangs up my system. Clicking "OK" shuts down Internet Explorer.

Used alone, Acrobat Reader works fine, and I have not had any errors with anything else in Internet Explorer.

Anyone else with this issue? Any suggestions?

[Windows XP SP1, 2600 AMD, 1 gig ram, Iexplorer 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633 , Reader 6.0.2]
