We are an insurance company and have a third party provider that sends password protected pdf attachements to our agents. They need to, want to, and should be able to save these pdf's to their hard drive. However, when this pdf is saved to their hard drive it still requires the password to open it. Is there any way when that is saved from the email to eliminate the password protection. We only password protect it because it is in an email. Once it gets to the correct agent who has the password for the email, he/she should be able to put it on wherever they like without the password. Thanks,
