Some users don't see the dialog, it has been around a 50-50 split with the computers we have tested so far. All of the computers are Windows 2000 SP4, but some have Office 2000 while others are using Office 2003. None of them have Jaws or other screen readers installed. Is there a registry key that can be set for all users on the workstation (under HKLM) to prevent it from starting the wizard? Thanks, Jeff
