Aandi, I appreciate that you can submit forms to a web server, although I have no idea if this is working in the current version of reader. However, the types of forms I am using do not belong on a web server. These forms are things like personnel records. I want to be able to open the pdf, fill in a persons details then save the fdf. When details change (i.e. change of address or something) I just click on the fdf, which opens the pdf form with all the old data in it, modify what I need to and save the new fdf. It works fine in V7, doesn't work in V8, unless you use the rather irritating work around of emailing the fdf file to yourself each time you want to save it. Thanks for your input though.
