When using Acrobat 7.05 Reader or higher and Acrobat 8 Reader, unwanted black lines or rules appear when the PDF page is refreshed and viewed inside the browser. While refreshing the page, the rules actually change/move. They could be horizontal, vertical and/or disappear completely. They move around on the page.

This is happening only on the Windows XP platform, Version 2002 Service Pack 2, using Mozilla Firefox 1.0.5.9 or Internet Explorer 6. I can recreate it on several different computers. RAM ranges from 448 MB to 2GB of RAM on the computers. So RAM is not an issue. This does not occur on the Mac side, only the PC side.

I also have Display PDF in Brower using Adobe Reader 7.0 selected when I see the rules. If I turn this selection off and view the PDF in Acrobat Reader, the rules do not show up. This does not occur when using Acrobat 6 reader. It's only Acrobat 7 and 8 Reader.

Any ideas. I have a screen capture if you wish to see it. I can also get the original PDF to FTP if you wish.
