I also get this message, and another saying that the following add-on was running when this problem occured: AcroPDF.dll It is quite frustrating. When I used version 6.0 I had no troubles other than it being slower. Now unless I open Adobe Reader before opening a pdf file, all of the windows I have open close. Hopefully someone has an answer. Considering trying to re-install, but not sure. I never deleted version 6.0, but do not think that has anything to do with it. Help.....anyone please. Thanks
