A while ago, I tried to install the current version of Acrobat Reader.
The download quit in the middle of the file transfer.
The file AdbeRdr708_en_US.exe was however created on my desktop.
When I tried to delete it, I get an error...

"Cannot delete AdbeRdr708_en_US.exe, It is being used by another person or program.
Close any programs that might be using the file and try again."

I've tried countless ways of deleting the file and cannot.
Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
