Hi Lorraine. Did you submit an official Bug Report to Adobe? I did and they responded the next day and requested my log files and submitted them to the developpers. I think it would be better to send the Crash Report to the developpers instead of posting the whole thing here. I already posted the first part of my Crash Report and you posted one earlier. I think all the crashes are the same, it's from the Adobe Update Manager (AUM) that tries to run after Adobe Reader has started up. Here's hoping Adobe provides a fix for this soon!
