Ben, Sorry for not being more clear on the OS. Windows XP Home. All Critical Updates applied. Three year old Dell with 256 RAM. Monitor is a Sony Trinitron CRT (Don't know the model number.) Bernd, I will have to make another house call to look at the properties. I have checked the compatibility tab on both of my computers. Nothing is checked. Is this what one should expect? One with Reader 7.0.8 and one with the new Reader 8.0. Thank you both for your replies. I'll let you know what I find.
