I'm also interested in the answer to this.. tsutton's solution is per-user, not machine-wide. We (attempt to) implement version control on all software on our network, and would also like to turn off the auto-update feature on a machine-wide basis. Or, does anyone know if Adobe will be coming out with the Installshield Tuner for v8, the way they had one for v7? That worked perfectly for disabling updates and changing other settings we didn't care for. Thanks!
