Hello, I'm rendering two separate XDP files to be filled out and then submitted back to my servlet. Both XDPs are configured to send both the template and datasets sections and are configured to send with UTF-8 encoding. When my servlet receives the XDP it is parsed using the JDOM parser. In one XDP file (actually most XDP files) there is no problem. But I have this one XDP that causes JDOM to throw an "java.io.UTFDataFormatException: invalid byte 3 of 3-byte UTF-8 sequence (0x3f)" error. For the life of me I cannot figure out why. All XDP forms are run through the JDOM parser prior to being rendered in Reader and they all work fine. The XDP file in question only has 3 text edit boxes filled out. I cannot find any weird characters in the XDP file, but even if they were there, why would Reader put them in? I'm running on Windows XP Pro SP2 (I think) if that's any help. Any ideas and/or thoughts as to why this might be occouring? Thanks, Bob
