I have scanned several pages from a book into the pdf. I have several other pages from that same book in print form from a copy machine. How can I combine the two so that they are in numerical order. Can I insert the copied pages into the scanned? should I just print the scanned but when I do that they come out like a photo? Don't know what to do. Thanks
